On 19 September, KLM organized a LiveReply. To emphasize their customer service via social media, KLM answered questions via Facebook and Twitter with a living alphabet instead of the normal characters.
Below, you will find a video of the making of this event. The white background that shapes the Twitter-field in which the KLM-employees create their answers, is a custom made carpet supplied by Desso. Desso has been the carpet supplier for the KLM fleet for twenty years, and was happy to be a part of this innovative and wonderful campaign.
